Human Resources Generalist

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in HR
• Familiar with recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll administration, BPJS, PPh 21, and HRIS system
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, firm, and a good communicator
• Experience in gym, hospitality, retail, F&B, or operational businesses is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment from job posting to candidate selection
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
• Monitor attendance, schedules, leave, and working hours through the HRIS
• Prepare payroll data and coordinate BPJS and PPh 21 administration
• Maintain employee records and daily HR administration
• Support communication between the company and employees
