About You

As our Chef specializing in Indian Cuisine, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You are passionate about authentic Indian flavors, skilled in preparing high-quality dishes, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Working closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team, you will contribute to menu development, kitchen operations, and culinary excellence across our dining venues.

Preference will be given to Indian Chefs who are currently based in Bali or Indonesia.

The Gig

• Ensure all food preparation meets established standards and recipes.
• Prepare and present high-quality Indian cuisine with consistency and creativity.
• Supervise and support kitchen team members during daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all working areas while ensuring no cross- contamination.
• Prepare all mise-en-place required for daily operations and special menus.
• Assist in resolving guest feedback and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all food products are stored correctly and maintained at the highest quality standards.
• Contribute to cost control initiatives, food cost management, and departmental targets.
• Support other departments when required and maintain positive working relationships across the hotel.
• Assist the Executive Chef in training and developing team members in line with company standards and procedures.
• Report any maintenance, hygiene, or safety concerns promptly.
• Comply with all food safety, health & safety, and hotel security regulations.
• Promote environmentally responsible practices within the kitchen.
