Role Description

The Information Technology Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya, responsible for overseeing the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and digital security. This role manages daily IT operations, including network administration, server and workstation maintenance, system updates, and data backup processes. The IT Manager coordinates with internal departments to understand technical requirements, supports ERP or production-related systems, and ensures reliable connectivity across offices and manufacturing facilities. The role involves supervising IT staff, managing vendors, implementing IT policies, and leading projects to upgrade hardware, software, and cybersecurity measures. The Information Technology Manager also monitors system performance, troubleshoots issues, and recommends technology solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in IT infrastructure management, including networking, servers, storage, and system administration.
• Candidates should possess skills in information security, such as access control, data protection, backup and recovery, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in business systems and applications, including ERP or manufacturing systems, productivity tools, and software deployment.
• Candidates should possess skills in IT project management, including planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and implementation tracking.
• Candidates should possess skills in user support and training, including troubleshooting, documentation, and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, especially with rubber or consumer products, is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work on-site in Surabaya with cross-functional teams are expected.
