Infrastructure Section Head - Balikpapan

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for the schedule and implementation of project development in accordance with the design, specifications, costs, and quality standards that have been set.
• Monitor project development from start to finish and deal with problems that arise.
• Ensure the use of materials in accordance with predetermined specifications and provide recommendations to the planning party in the event of material discrepancies.
• Responsible for delivering products to consumers.
• Produce/Create weekly reports on the progress of project development activities on a regular basis.
• Monitor and check reports and work from inspectors.
• Monitor and ensure receipt and availability of working drawings (for Construction drawings).

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Project Management, or 2 years of experience in same field, preferably in Property & Developer Company.
• Must have excellent knowledge of property industry and project management.
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, AutoCAD, Ms. Project, ICT, etc).
• Willing to make visits to projects.
• Good communication and supervisory skill.
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
