Job Overview:

McDermott Indonesia is seeking a motivated Vocational High School (SMK) student to join the HSES Department as an Intern. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical office and administrative experience while supporting the HSES team in daily administrative and documentation activities.

The intern will assist the department with record management, data entry, filing, and coordination tasks under the supervision of HSES personnel.

Responsibilities

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Under supervision and with guidance, you will be involved in learning and assisting with:

• Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining HSES documents and records.
• Assist with data entry and updating departmental databases, trackers, and spreadsheets.
• Support the preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Assist in maintaining training records, attendance lists, and certification documentation.
• Help organize and archive HSES files in both electronic and hard-copy formats.
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and document distribution.
• Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, training sessions, and departmental activities.
• Assist in tracking office supplies and administrative materials for the HSES department.
• Help compile routine reports and information requested by the HSES team.
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  
  

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications and Education:

• Active / Current Vocational High School (SMK) student
• Preferred field study :
• Office Administration / Manajemen Perkantoran
• Accounting
• Business Administration
• Other relevant disciplines
• Applicants should not be participating in another internship program.
• Applicants should have strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions.
