Intern Project Manager

The Project Manager role is responsible for project development in kumparan across division. They are key to ensuring that projects are delivered in a timely manner. As part of the Product team, Project Managers works closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to ensure that the various projected timelines of each component fits with one another. In the event of any adjustments in schedule, the Project Manager is also responsible for making sure that stakeholders are kept up-to-date on the new timelines.

These are some of the day-to-day responsibilities of a Project Manager at kumparan:

• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule
• Measure and track project performance as they are progressing
• Report and escalate issues to Product Managers when necessary
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with all department
  
  

Requirements And Skills

• Experience in handling digital project
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to communicate to other colleagues
• Able to prioritize, plan, schedule, document and monitor ongoing tasks
• Attention to detail
• Ability to think in a structured manner
• Comfortable with Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Methodology
• Familiarity with the Scrum Framework
• Familiar with any other Project Management tools is a plus (Basecamp, Asana, Monday, Wrike, Trello, Smartsheet etc)
• Study in Computer Science or relevant technical field is a plus
