Inventory Analysis Supervisor

We are looking Inventory Analysis Supervisor to support Parts Inventory Department.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide monthly reporting on parts operation (e.g. Stock Valuation, Receving, KPI Business Card, etc).
• Analyze data to determine opportunities to decrease inventory, improve customers service levels and reduce total inventory cost.
• Analyze report data and make improvements as a follow up to report.
• Communicate with customers regarding optimization of parts stock consignment.
• CSI (Customer Service Information) follow up for Inventory update / Scrap / Return in ERP based on CSI instructions.
• Perform periodic Stock Turn analysis, Fill Rate analysis,Scrap analysis, and FIR (factory incident report) based on research of MIN report.
• Perform periodic Surplus Inventory analysis and reverse supply management with MIN Factories.
• Comply with all occupational safety and health policies, operations safety policies, and company environmental policies.
• Comply with laws and regulations and other mandatory requirements related to occupational safety and health, operational safety and the environment.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the mining heavy equipment industry.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skill.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing; read and understand information presented in-writing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities to meet deadlines.
• Have high work motivation, being responsible and being accurate to minize risk of mistakes.
