Job Description

• Manage and oversee the hotel's daily IT operations and ensure all systems run smoothly.

• Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of hotel IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

• Handle IT-related issues and provide technical support to hotel departments.

• Monitor IT systems, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure system reliability.

• Coordinate with vendors and external parties regarding IT-related matters.

• Supervise and manage the IT team to ensure effective daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Manager in the hotel industry.

• Previous experience managing hotel IT operations and systems.

• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, and software.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.

• Good command of English.
