Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and resolve IT support requests.
  • Purchase and manage IT hardware, software, and other related equipment and resources.
  • Install, maintain, and provide daily support for servers, Windows hardware and software, and equipment including printers, scanners, external hard drives, etc.
  • Coordinate with external service providers, including Internet Service Providers (ISPs), email service providers, hardware vendors, and software suppliers.
  • Manage quotations and purchase receipts from suppliers for IT-related requirements.
  • Provide data and information required for the preparation of regular departmental reports.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of customer data.
  • Ensure the security of databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, IT Officer, System Administrator, or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with Information Security standards and frameworks, particularly ISO/IEC 27001, is a plus.
