Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end IT project delivery, from planning through project closure.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with customers, technology principals, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Manage project risks, issues, changes, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution among project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-scale projects in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Network & Security, System Integration, or Application Implementation.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMI/PMBOK, Agile, or Scrum).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
  • International education background and/or overseas working experience will be highly valued.
