- Job Posting and Sourcing: Help us spread the word about our job openings by preparing and publishing job postings on various platforms. Use your creative skills to source candidates from multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening and Interview Scheduling: Review resumes and schedule interviews with qualified candidates to help us find the best fit for our team.
- Support candidates throughout the interview flow.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years experience successfully closing positions in IT or similar fields.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with our team.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Motivation: An active approach to work and a motivation to drive initiatives to completion.
