Junior Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and enhancing Ukirama ERP features, focusing primarily on backend logic under the guidance of seniors.

• Gradually learn and participate in basic DevOps tasks, deployment processes, and containerization using Docker.

• Utilize AI tools (GitHub Copilot, etc.) ethically and effectively to speed up learning, debugging, and code production.

• Collaborate with QA and senior developers to identify, debug, and resolve software defects in development environments.

• Maintain clear technical documentation, including API docs and system workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent (Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or 0-2 years of programming experience are highly welcome).

• Strong programming logic and basic familiarity with Go, Java, or Ruby (experience in at least one is a major plus).

• Basic understanding of web application development, databases (PostgreSQL), and OOP principles.

• Familiarity with Docker and basic Git workflows is highly preferred.

• Tech-savvy and AI-forward: Excited about learning and utilizing AI tools to improve coding efficiency.

• High curiosity, fast learner, and a proactive attitude toward feedback.
