Overview

Job Descriptions:

  • Conduct routine inspections of vehicles, heavy equipment, and machinery, and ensure maintenance and repair activities are completed effectively and optimally.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance activities are carried out according to the unit operating hour schedule.
  • Supervise the maintenance of workshop equipment in accordance with operational standards and manuals.
  • Coordinate and perform unit repairs based on planned maintenance schedules and unexpected breakdowns, including the creation of Work Orders (WO).
  • Submit requests for materials and spare parts required for repair and maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and submit work completion reports in accordance with the applicable operational system.
  • Submit overtime work requests for holidays to the Assistant when workshop employees are required to work overtime.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Mechanic in a palm oil plantation company.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and workshop operations.
  • Willing to be placed in a palm oil plantation area in East Kalimantan.
