Job Description

• Perform routine production tasks as assigned, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of production reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support the implementation of production improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational.

• Melaksanakan tugas produksi rutin sesuai dengan yang ditugaskan, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap jadwal dan standar.
• Memecahkan masalah teknis untuk meminimalkan waktu henti.
• Memelihara catatan dan dokumentasi produksi, memastikan akurasi dan kelengkapan.
• Membantu dalam persiapan laporan produksi, menyoroti indikator kinerja utama (KPI).
• Mendukung implementasi perbaikan produksi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi biaya.
• Memastikan kepatuhan dengan standar keselamatan, kualitas, dan regulasi.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim pemeliharaan untuk memastikan peralatan dipelihara dan berfungsi dengan baik.
