- Pendidikan Min. D3/S1
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang collection
- Memiliki pengalaman di perusahaan pembiayaan kendaraan bermotor menjadi nilai tambah
- Memiliki sepeda motor dan SIM C (Wajib)
- Ketertarikan pada pekerjaan di lapangan dan penagihan angsuran konsumen
- Disiplin, Jujur, Tatakrama yang baik dan Tidak mudah mengeluh
- Berorientasi pada target
