Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily land operational activities, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, terminals, and transport partners to support operational requirements.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company procedures, and industry standards.
• Handle operational issues proactively and provide timely resolutions.
• Prepare reports, analyze operational data, and provide recommendations to management.
• Lead, guide, and develop operational staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, terminal, or land transportation operations, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
