Lead Programmer

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain projects with minimal bugs while ensuring optimal system stability
• Manage project timelines and milestones to ensure on-time delivery
• Resolve technical challenges effectively to maintain stakeholder and client satisfaction
• Ensure project quality before delivery to clients
• Maintain code quality and consistency across all handled projects
• Close destructive testing scenario gaps to improve system resilience and stability under extreme conditions
• Communicate actively with all stakeholders, including clients, to maintain project transparency
• Identify and resolve project issues and blockers quickly and effectively
• Lead the web development team, provide clear direction, and ensure every team member understands their responsibilities
• Implement CI/CD best practices to support fast, stable, and reliable releases
• Design scalable and maintainable database architectures that meet both business and technical requirements
• Provide reliable support and solutions for clients 

Qualification

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in web application development, with at least 1 year in a related leadership role
2. Strong leadership skills
3. Good understanding of security practices and CI/CD workflows
4. Experienced in designing efficient database architectures for projects
5. High sense of responsibility and ownership
6. Proactive with strong communication skills
7. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
