Job Description

  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts, legal documents, and agreements with internal or external partners.
  • Support the ISO 27001 compliance team in implementing and maintaining information security management standards.
  • Manage and maintain the legal documents archive, ensuring systematic documentation and retrieval.
  • Assist in day-to-day legal operations across the group companies.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support the development and implementation of corporate legal strategies.
  • Support any related jobs assigned by Legal Manager and/or business stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Legal Officer or in similar roles, preferably from a technology company or a law firm.
  • Understanding financial industries flow is a plus
  • Experience in drafting a business contract and contract negotiation
  • Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.
  • Good analytical thinking with the ability to identify legal risks.
