  • Maintain and manage all legal documents related to Topremit.
  • Conduct legal reviews, provide legal opinions, and handle legal drafting and administration.
  • Review agreements with external parties to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Define internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, with interest in corporate legal matters.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
  • Skilled in drafting, coordinating, and reporting legal agreements.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills when dealing with internal and external parties.
  • Excellent in time and task management skills.
