YOUR "DAY-TO-DAY"

• Supervise and coordinate the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment to ensure production meets quality, efficiency, and volume targets.
• Monitor daily production activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to standard OPEN+ systems and tools to ensure compliance with equipment line requirements.
• Sets daily/weekly goals for the team, focusing on keeping workflow steady and productive
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) majoring in Printing, Pulp, and Paper or Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Industrial, Mechanical, electronic engineering or mechatronic or relevant skills through demonstrated experience.
• Experience in leading team.
• Experience in industrial environment will be an advantage
• Able to identify and see colours vividly
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
• Open to be placed in Sukorejo & working in shift basis
• Preferably having experience in printing and/or IWS (integrated Work System)
