Job Description Summary :

Responsible for the overall administration of the Division / Department.

Job Description :

  • Prepare all required export documents relating to custom clearence/ entry of the goods procedure are accurate (product terms and specifications in the document in accordance with applicable standards)

  • Responsible for the completeness, accuracy and readiness of all export documentation (PEB, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Survey Report etc.)

  • Supervise the export shipment process to the port of destination and immediately coordinate with the competent party to solve the operational problems that occur

  • Directing and supervising surveyors in performing their duties so that in accordance with the contents of the cooperation agreement

  • Ensure export taxes and processing fees of export documents are paid on time with accurate nominal.

  • Analyze and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of export documents processing

  • Verify the invoice surveyor, claim the ship or / and the consumer on the company side before submitted to the Back Office.

Job requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in all major

  • At least 1 year of working experience in Export Import

  • Must be fluent in English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Willing to be located in North Sumatera (Belawan(
