Logistic Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Male
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Lead
• Preferably from raw material distributors, FMCG, or food ingredients industries
• Strong understanding of FEFO/FIFO systems, including handling lot/batch numbers, expiry dates, stock aging, and product traceability
• Strong warehouse stock accuracy management with a minimum target accuracy of 99%
• Understand and capable of warehouse capacity management (pallet management, floor stacking, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and maximize team performance effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic reporting
• Understand warehouse operational flow (inbound, receiving, put away, storage, picking, checking, loading, and returns)
• Soft Skills: Initiative & hands-on attitude, Firm & disciplined, Strong problem-solving skills, High sense of ownership and responsibility

Job Description :

• Supervise and ensure warehouse operations run effectively and in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor physical and system stock accuracy to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Manage warehouse storage systems and layouts based on FIFO/FEFO methods.
• Ensure distribution and delivery processes are carried out on time and meet the company’s service level standards.
• Manage and control all logistics activities, including receiving, storage, picking, and delivery processes.
• Lead, direct, and develop the warehouse team to achieve the company’s operational targets.
• Ensure the implementation of occupational health and safety (K3), security, and work discipline standards within the warehouse area.
• Conduct evaluations and continuous improvements of operational processes to enhance work effectiveness and efficiency.
