Responsibilities

  • Mengatur manpower, material, dan tools untuk mendukung efisiensi operasional.
  • Mengawasi aktivitas engineering, maintenance, dan improvement sesuai SOP dan target.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan departemen terkait untuk kelancaran operasional.
  • Memastikan penerapan standar mutu, K3, dan sistem manajemen perusahaan meliputi ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, SMK3, ISO 14001, Halal, GMP, TPM, dan Risk Management..
  • Memimpin tim teknisi untuk mencapai target kerja dan produktivitas.
  • Menjalankan program improvement, efisiensi biaya, dan pengurangan downtime.
  • Mengawal project engineering sesuai target waktu, kualitas, dan keselamatan kerja.
  • Bersedia bekerja shift.

Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mekatronika, Teknik Otomasi, atau jurusan terkait.
  • Menguasai PLC programming & troubleshooting (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Panasonic).
  • Memahami sistem HMI & SCADA (Siemens, Wonderware, Ignition).
  • Mampu melakukan troubleshooting Sensor, Actuator, Inverter, dan Servo System.
  • Memahami IoT dan implementasi Industry 4.0.
