Join our engineering and maintenance team and play a key role in ensuring the continuity, safety, and performance of our production environment.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will report directly to Maintenance Manager and support daily plant operations by performing maintenance and repair of production and facility equipment. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure high equipment reliability while maintaining strong safety and compliance standards. Based in Cikarang, you will contribute to minimizing downtime and improving operational efficiency.

Your role includes

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production and facility equipment, while resolving recurring issues
• Carry out electrical and mechanical installation, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment, instrumentation, and controls
• Operate and maintain utilities systems (e.g., boiler, chiller, compressed air, water treatment) to ensure continuous plant operation
• Monitor utilities performance, analyze data, and coordinate corrective actions with maintenance and production teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, OSHA, HACCP, ATEX)
• Maintain accurate documentation, follow SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Your professional profile includes

• Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro, or Utilities Engineering
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations
• Understanding of utilities systems and instrumentation
• Knowledge of EHS standards and safe working practices
• Basic skills in Excel and maintenance tools
