Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial or equivalent.
- Have experience 2-3 years in Production/Process Engineering (preferably in the automotive industry).
- Proficient in injection molding processes and the characteristics of plastic materials.
- Able to read technical drawings and mold designs.
- Proficient in IATF 16949 standards, FMEA, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Willing to be located in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area and Join as soon as possible.
- Design, test, and validate new production processes to ensure efficiency.
- Create and update technical documents such as SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), and Time Studies.
- Lead projects related to line balancing, waste elimination, and Kaizen.
- Oversee mold trials and ensure that preventive maintenance of molds runs smoothly.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery, equipment, or production fixtures in collaboration with the relevant teams.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Production, QC, Maintenance, and NPD (New Product Development) departments.
- Lead Member.
