Job Description

  • Membuat desain grafis untuk kebutuhan media sosial (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), materi promosi digital, banner, poster, dan media komunikasi perusahaan.
  • Memproduksi, mengedit, dan mengemas konten video untuk berbagai platform digital, termasuk video pendek (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) maupun video perusahaan.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim Marketing dan pihak terkait dalam mengembangkan konsep visual serta materi promosi yang menarik.
  • Mengelola dan mengarsipkan aset digital perusahaan, seperti desain, foto, video, dan elemen grafis agar tersusun dengan baik.
  • Memastikan seluruh materi visual yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan identitas dan standar branding perusahaan.

Minimum Qualifications: Job Requirements

  • Minimal S1 jurusan Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV), Multimedia, Ilmu Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait.
  • Menguasai Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, serta Adobe Premiere Pro atau Wondershare Filmora.
  • Memahami dasar desain grafis, layout, editing video, transisi, color grading, dan audio editing.
  • Memiliki kemampuan membuat konten visual yang kreatif dan menarik untuk media digital.
  • Memiliki portofolio desain grafis dan/atau video editing (Google Drive, Behance, atau platform sejenis).
  • Memiliki kemampuan fotografi menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Kreatif, teliti, mampu bekerja sesuai deadline, serta memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan kerja sama tim yang baik.
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris dasar.
  • Bersedia bekerja WFO di RDS Cempaka, Bekasi.
