BluBridge Center was established in 2019 as a safe place for children to acquire adaptive skills in accordance with their own uniqueness. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) / Verbal Behavior Therapy, which has been widely researched and scientifically proven to be effective in helping children reach their full potential.

Our objective is to enhance the quality of life for each and every child so they can thrive to their fullest potential. Our behavior therapists are not only equipped with qualified training to foster a fun learning environment, but also skilled in effective data collection. To ensure positive and lasting change, BluBridge Center also provides parent training as an essential part of therapy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and formalize partnerships through MOUs.
• Manage ongoing partnerships and track referral impacts.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase inquiries and brand visibility (including monthly promotions) while ensuring cost-effective executions.
• Analyze and receive feedback for monthly marketing performance and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
• Lead and execute event initiatives, including joint events with partners, overseeing logistics as well as Event & Marketing team coordination.
• Ensure suitable content direction for social media by coordinating with external social media vendors.
• Develop and ensure promotional materials (e.g. brochures, PR kits, website) are accurate and updated.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure readiness and alignment during marketing activities and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or related roles.
• Basic understanding of SEO and UI/UX principles for website and content performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in using Excel and Google Workspace, with familiarity with basic marketing or analytics tools as a plus.
• Experience in a service-based industry (education, healthcare, child services, or similar) is a plus.
