Implement Marketing Program (Trade Marketing, NPD, Activation, Sales Rally, etc.) together with Sales Team in respective Operation or Channel as per plan and recommend related program in selective Operation/Channel align with the market needs to capture every sales opportunity in the market.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Socialize to Sales Team regarding NPD Launch Plan to ensure alignment and readiness from Sales team to execute the program
  • Monitor product availability in each location to avoid any out of stock or overstock issues that impact to business performance
  • Monitor daily/ weekly/ monthly product penetration in each area/ operation to review achievement versus target as per plan
  • Implement action plan together with Sales Team to improve new product performance
  • Monitor daily/ weekly/ monthly product penetration in each area/ operation to review achievement versus target as per plan
  • Improve product performance by optimizing current marketing initiatives align with Sales Team to boost sales performance in targeted area
  • Conduct and prepare event activation program in respective region to gain Sales Volume align with consumer branding activity
  • Distribute POSM to each CCOD/Sales Partner and collaborate with Sales Team to ensure utilization in market/outlet align with PICOS.
  • Socialize and refresh to Sales Team regarding on going Trade Marketing Program for each channel to ensure understanding and alignment with Sales Team.
  • Monitor daily/ weekly/ monthly initiatives progress report to evaluate effectiveness of each initiatives
  • Implement action plan to improve Sales Performance by optimize ongoing Marketing Program to ensure every opportunity in the market are captured
  • Implement trade marketing program for specific area/ location based on market condition to optimize Sales Performance in each Operation
  • Support Wholesaler Business Meeting agenda on each respective Operation to gain volume commitment from Wholesaler Customer
  • Distribute POSM to each CCOD/Sales Partner and collaborate with Sales Team to ensure utilization in market/outlet align with PICOS.
  • Conduct Sales Rally agendas in respective region to ensure alignment between marketing plan with sales team in each respective Operation.
  • Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken

Education Background:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Marketing/ Management / Business

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experiences in Trade Marketing/ Sales Field
