Responsibilities:
- Plan and propose comprehensive media strategies, including channel selection, campaign tactics, and digital-first initiatives to achieve business KPIs
- Manage the entire lifecycle from brief & planning to technical execution and reporting
- Lead and manage campaigns across the full stack - Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X) and Search (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads), with the ability to individually set up and optimize as needed
- Influence and advise on clients’ mobile media strategy, acting as a consultant to produce high-impact campaign proposals.
- Take ownership of media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and media effectiveness
- Partner with internal teams - including Programmatic, Reporting, Partnerships, and Strategy, to successfully deliver successful media campaigns
- Manage relationships with ad networks and publishers, negotiate rates, and oversee day-to-day management of 3rd party tech and measurement partners etc
- Lead and guide a team of junior members, ensuring operational excellence and professional growth within the team
- Build and update reports & dashboards, identifying and recommending opportunities to pivot strategies and improve performance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the best practices, strategies, offerings in paid media, competitive landscape and any new opportunities
- Maintain accurate, accessible and organized documentations
- At least 3 years of experience in a media agency or advertising role
- Strong written and verbal communication and people skills
- Preferrable with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Appsflyer etc platform experience
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to analyze results, identifying and explaining variance from goals
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team to achieve and deliver in excess of targets
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, quickly-changing industry
- A clear demonstration of curiosity with an obvious enthusiasm to learn and contribute to the wider agency
- Exudes entrepreneurial spirit
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- A vast insight into the world of digital marketing and in-depth knowledge across search and social advertising.
- Experience working on regional projects across client verticals.
- Experience working on digital advertising campaigns for large, global brands
- Experience in working with a vibrant team in an agency environment
