Media Storage Operator

Job Description Summary:

Responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise storage infrastructure to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and scalability.

Job Description:

• Responsible for managing Storage Infrastructure related Incidents / Service Requests and Change Requests within the defined SLA.

• Storage administration and Troubleshooting.

• Maintain reports on disk utilization, availability and growth patterns.

• Provide recommendations to improve the Storage infrastructure and address / lead critical Issues and root cause analysis.

• Perform necessary Storage infrastructure maintenance activities and data migration, as required.

• Ability to identify scalability, performance and integration issues and propose optimal solutions.

• Provide technical guidance to other team members.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) in any field.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Storage Administration, Infrastructure Management, or a related role.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Placement in Sentul.
