Medical Sales Marketing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

• Manage relationships with hospitals, orthopedic surgeons, and key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem

• Identify new business opportunities and coordinate promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend actionable insights

• Supervise and guide sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, and Clinical Support) to align business execution with company strategy

Minimum Qualifications: About the Role

We’re looking for a Medical Sales Marketing Supervisor who will lead and execute marketing strategies while driving sales growth in the medical and hospital segments. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about both business strategy and field execution, and has solid experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Bachelor’s degree from reputable University National or Public in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing B2B relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel and work with a dynamic, high-growth team
• Experience in orthopedic products or working with surgeons and hospitals
• Familiarity with healthcare marketing campaigns or sales analytics tools
• Fluent in English
