Requirements

  • Currently in the final semesters of university (6th semester or above) or a fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Communication Studies
  • Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
  • Has experience in managing or being directly involved in online communities
  • Experience in Community Management, Influencer/KOL Relations, Customer Acquisition, Talent Scouting, or Call Center/Telemarketing is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit potential new members to participate in campaigns at Home Tester Club
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to design and execute creative acquisition strategies (through social media, forums, email marketing, or community events) to grow the active member database
  • Conduct curation and screening of member data to match the target persona or demographic required for a campaign
  • Record and update all member interactions, feedback, and data in the company database
  • Assist in managing the media channels used to recruit members for Home Tester Club
