Obsidian is looking for an organized and detail-oriented person to manage merchandise development and production, from design preparation until the products are ready for sale.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with product development and simple design/file adjustments
  • Source and coordinate with vendors
  • Manage samples, production timelines, quality checks, and delivery
  • Handle multiple products and SKUs simultaneously
  • Monitor stock and coordinate restocking
  • Maintain product, costing, production, and inventory data


Requirements

  • Experience in merchandise, garment production, product development, purchasing, fashion, or retail
  • Strong ownership, urgency, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Able to manage multiple SKUs and timelines simultaneously
  • Basic graphic-editing skills for simple drawings, layouts, and logo placements
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable coordinating with vendors and internal teams
