The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. • Manage and enhance ads performance for high-investment merchants.
• Develop and implement tailored ad strategies to meet individual merchant needs.
• Identify opportunities for logic and algorithm enhancements to strengthen the ads business.

• Minimum 1+ year experience in managing Search & Recommendation products or services, with a focus on the Ads domain; experience in the food delivery or ride-hailing industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent English communication abilities (both written and verbal).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in ads products is advantageous but not required.
• SQL proficiency is a plus, but not mandatory.
