  • Monitoring status ATM (online/offline) secara real-time
  • Mengecek kondisi operasional ATM (cash, kertas struk, error, jaringan)
  • Menerima dan mencatat laporan gangguan ATM
  • Melaporkan issue ke teknisi/FLM untuk penanganan
  • Melakukan follow up sampai ATM kembali normal
  • Koordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk percepatan perbaikan
  • Memastikan SLA (waktu penanganan) terpenuhi
  • Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan
  • Input data incident ke sistem monitoring
  • Menjaga akurasi data dan dokumentasi operasional ATM
