Role Summary

Supervise day-to-day linehaul process and administration to give support for Operations team in related with Network Control Group. Lead a team to provide air uplift and/or domestic trucking/shuttle infrastructure, which supports local and network service objectives and standards. Provide daily maintenance of flight bookings and space allocation

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day linehaul process, administration and the handling of non-conforming shipments (DG, damage and found shipments)
• Provide accurate and analytic performance / incident report to enhance performance quality
• Work with airlines to implement outbound and inbound service enhancements
• Develop a culture of quality, service excellence, flexibility and cost consciousness
• Develop KPI with team members and monitor individual performance
• Provide day-to-day network and CAL space adjustment
• Provide day-to-day Linehaul administration
• Conduct ad-hoc Linehaul purchase
• Provide accurate and analytic performance / incident report to enhance quality / performance
• Arrange space requirement both on network and commercial flight
• Requisite / Book Airline space on the appropriate flight with the most advantageous Linehaul rate
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics or express company
• Communicative, collaborative and managing people
• Willing to work on shift
• Willing to work on Soewarna Business Park.
