Job Deskripsi

• Ocean Freight & Customs Clearance as main task to be promote our products in every form to ensure promotion and sales possibilities to grab new potential customer.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
• Analyze client needs, provide customized project proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure deals.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure delivery are completed on time.
• Visit existing and potential customers to understand their needs and built with operational team a customized solution that perfectly fits with customers’ requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and business insights to management.

Deskripsi Persyaratan

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a professional FF Sales or sales Operations Manager specialist Ocean Freight Segment
• Possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
• Having good knowledge related to export and import regulations.
• Proficient and professional in presentations and negotiations, as well as problem-solving skills in handling emerging issues (customer complaints).
• Experienced in developing sales strategies and achieving area targets.
• Able to analyze market trends, sales trends, and business opportunities in the Surabaya area and its surroundings.
• Target and customer-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• 35 - 47 Years Old
• Placement : Surabaya – East Jawa
