Job Description

  • Identify potential business opportunities by acquiring merchants (Offline business category/ QRIS payment) for ShopeePay and SPayLater.
  • Assist merchants in the end-to-end acquiring process, from onboarding to merchant activation.
  • Managed and grew offline merchants through marketing initiatives and collaboration to promote ShopeePay and SPaylater to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Build strong coordination with internal & external stakeholders, including product, marketing, operations, legal, finance, tax, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify business opportunities to improve ShopeePay and SPayLater products, focusing on business-centric and customer-centric initiatives.
  • Analyze existing and future challenges and improve customer and merchant experience to drive more volume.

Requirements

  • Great communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
  • Candidates should have at least 1 - 2 years of working experience.
  • Having a background in digital wallet / digital bank / BNPL is a plus.
  • Extrovert, eager to learn, and passionate about fintech business.
