Job Description

Online Gaming Community:

  • Strategic planning and execution to grow ShopeePay presence within the online gaming community through multiple channels (livestream, KOL, offline event. etc).
  • Engage community members to use ShopeePay for gaming activity (ie: buy in-game items). Informing ShopeePay promo & event.
  • Gamers Support & Feedback, including liaise with CS ShopeePay to answer any feedback.
  • Work closely with MKT Project & Brand MKT to get updated promo & event information..

Content Creation

  • Brief the Graphic Designer to develop engaging content including promo banners, event invitation, event promotions, and community highlights.
  • Distribute content to each community platform.

Event Coordination

  • Create community event ideas (offline / online) for ShopeePay and liaise with Brand MKT ShopeePay for event execution & supervision.

Analytics & Reporting: Track community sentiment, engagement metrics, and feedback trends to continuously improve community strategies.

Requirements

  • Actively join > 5 online gaming communities in any multiple platform (can be as player/member or admin/moderator).
  • Proactive and strong individual contributor in terms of ideation & plan execution.
  • Professional with min. 1 - 2 years of experience in gaming community management.
  • Fluent Mobile Legend (MLBB) & Free Fire player.
  • D3/Bachelor’s degree. Graduating from a reputable university is a plus point.
  • Good at managing multiple projects running at the same time.
  • Positive attitude and eager to learn.
  • Excellent communication in Indonesian especially communication style to build community engagement strategy.
