In this role, you are resonsible to manages manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging. Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Plans and prepares manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows to establish sequence and lead time of each production operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders
- Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions; includes estimating
- Analyzes plant capacity and production requisition data to determine manufacturing processes and required resources; prepares production reports
- Drives the sites/segments for optimized performance of all resources (invest, material, headcount) to achieve overall cluster productivity targets in alignment with the Business Divisions
- Supports the Cluster Boards on strategic topics (bluebook, site strategy, TCR).
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related filed
- Has 10-15years relevant working experience with > 5years management experience in semiconductor industry
- Excellent in backend semiconductor Planning & Manufacturing
- Good proficiency in communications and people management.
