Operater
- Carry out activities (e.g: operating machine, soldering, testing, packing, gluing, etc) based on a daily production schedule as assigned by the Superior.
- Follow and adherence to production document and process/work instruction during operation and stop and escalate if any non conformance/issue (e.g: on product/raw material quality issues, fixture problem, and test rejects encountered.)
- Record of the production data (clocking time, defects/rejects, etc).
- Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment/process operation.
- Identify and promptly report hazards to Supervisor immediately.
- Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized by 5S house-keeping.
- Offer suggestions towards improvements when appropriate eg. LOOP activities.
- Support other department’s operations as and when needed.
- MO kitting when required by Superior.
- Any other related or ad hoc duties when required by Superior.
