Operations Intern - Quality Systems & Audit

We are seeking for bright university students to join our Internship Program. You will be part of a team where you can develop and improve yourself, also make an impact by providing solution in a specific internship project.

This role supports operational excellence initiatives by strengthening documentation quality, audit readiness, and cross-functional coordination. You will contribute to preparations for key stakeholder forums and quality audits while gaining hands-on experience in quality management systems, compliance, and continuous improvement

YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'

• Support preparation for audit readiness and AWS Stakeholder Forum
• Maintain and organize operational documentation and records
• Assist in data analysis, reporting, and process monitoring
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness
• Create presentation materials, visual content, and communication assets

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related major background with an educational level of bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with ISO management systems:
  • ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System)
  • ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System)
  • ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), preferably aware of the latest update/version (2026)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva; experience with Adobe or AutoCAD is a plus)
• Understanding of videography, including video creation and editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere)
• Strong data analytical, communication, and English skills

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

• Location: Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia
• Duration: 12 months
