  • Prepare, verify, and weigh raw materials according to approved formulations, batch sheets, and production work orders.
  • Ensure accurate dosing, sequencing, and traceability of raw materials throughout the production process
  • Monitor critical process parameters, including mixing time, temperature, speed, and batch consistency to achieve product specifications
  • Conduct in-process quality inspections and coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams for product verification.
  • Record production data, raw material consumption, batch records, and equipment logs accurately in production documentation

  • Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Premix Operator, Mixing Operator, Production Operator, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of chemical mixing processes, material handling, weighing systems, and batch manufacturing operations.
  • Knowledge of process control principles, equipment operation, and production safety practices.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), ISO 9001, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000 is an advantage.
