Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in Organization(al) Development min 3 years; experience in the plantation industry is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Job Evaluation, Job Description development, Work Load Analysis (WLA), and manpower ratio calculation
  • Experienced in handling and analyzing large datasets to generate meaningful insights
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different organizational levels
  • Willing to travel frequently to operational (remote) areas

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Mengkaji dan mengembangkan struktur organisasi agar selaras dengan strategi dan kebutuhan bisnis
  • Menyusun dan mengevaluasi Job Description serta melakukan Job Evaluation secara berkala
  • Melakukan Work Load Analysis (WLA) untuk menentukan kebutuhan tenaga kerja yang optimal
  • Menganalisis dan memonitor rasio karyawan guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi organisasi
  • Mengolah data organisasi serta menyusun rekomendasi strategis berbasis data untuk pengambilan keputusan
