Ensure all painting and blasting activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements, quality standards, and schedules.

Ensure all painting and blasting activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements, quality standards, and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily painting, blasting, and coating activities.
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, procedures, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate coating inspections with QC, clients, and contractors.
- Review painting procedures, specifications, and inspection test plans (ITP).
- Monitor work progress, manpower, and project schedules.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of coating materials.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to painting teams.
- Maintain coating activity records and resolve technical issues.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in painting and blasting supervision, preferably in Oil & Gas fabrication projects.
- Good knowledge of painting methods, blasting applications, and coating specifications.
- Familiar with coating inspection procedures and applicable industry standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- FROSIO, NACE/AMPP, or equivalent coating certification will be an advantage.
