  • Lead material planning activities for new model development by coordinating production trials, supplier readiness, and purchase order execution
  • Manage and monitor import shipments (sea, air, and express), including ETD/ETA tracking, delivery status, and on-time material availability
  • Coordinate closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, and Finance to ensure smooth import operations
  • Analyze lead times, shipment methods, logistics costs, and recommend the most effective transportation solutions based on project requirements
  • Support import compliance, internal audits, reporting activities, and documentation related to imported and local materials
  • Identify, assess, and escalate potential risks affecting new model preparation, including material shortages, shipment delays, specification changes, supplier capacity, and operational constraints
  • Conduct supplier capacity audits and evaluate supplier readiness for both local and overseas suppliers
  • Oversee and control material planning, inventory readiness, and supply chain activities to ensure successful new model launches and uninterrupted production
