Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Validate payroll data against attendance, leave, and employment records.
  • Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and personal income tax (PPh21) in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Manage payroll-related CoreTax data entry, validation, submission, and reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy of employee tax data and payroll tax reporting in CoreTax.
  • Register, update, and deactivate employees in BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Process and monitor monthly BPJS contributions and payments.
  • Update payroll, HR systems, and CoreTax data accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor, payroll, tax, and statutory regulations.
  • Prepare payroll, tax, and statutory reports for management, audits, and reconciliation with Finance.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, payslips, tax, and BPJS matters.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of payroll, tax, and employee data.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of payroll and BPJS records.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Line Managers to ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs.


Qualifications / Skills / Experience

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in payroll administration or payroll operations.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
  • Demonstrated ability to calculate personal income tax accurately for payroll purposes.
  • Practical experience using CoreTax (DJP system) for payroll-related tax processing and submissions.
  • Hands-on experience managing BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, including employee registration and deactivation, monthly contribution calculations and payments, basic claim or discrepancy handling.
  • Working knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations affecting payroll and benefits.
  • Awareness of cross‑cultural workplace practices and professional etiquette in a multinational environment.
  • Having strong ownership of payroll processes, effective coordination with HR, Finance, line managers, and external parties, and the ability to manage payroll activities, statutory compliance, and deadlines independently.
  • Having relevant HR certification or coursework is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • High numerical accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, payroll calculations, reconciliation).
  • Experience using payroll systems or HRIS.
  • Ability to manage payroll data confidentially and accurately.
