Position Summary

A day in the life of...

• Responsible for internal and external training implementation
• Responsible in general training administration (Training Need Analysis, Training Matrix, Training Catalogue, Training Record, Training Evaluation)
• Ensure training program implementation and responsible to build up Competency Matrix, Competency Building Plan, and Training Plan
• Drive and coordinate Leadership Development Program
• Implement onboarding training for new hire by involving respective subject matter expert in factory
• Support any activities related to people involvement & development
  
  

What Will Make You Successful

• Minimum bachelor’s degree of any major
• Has minimum 3 years’ experience Related to Training & People Development would be advantage
• Able to organize training and another event related with employee engagement
• Excellence public speaking skill
• Has knowledge in Leadership Development
