People Development & Training Coordinator

Your job is to make sure the training takes place, the results are reviewed and the next training is better.

At Greenfield Work & Flow, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and helping teams improve.

Our coaches deliver the technical training. You bring the right people together, support the coaches and follow up on the results.

About 80% of your work will focus on training and people development. Administration will take no more than 20%.

What you will do

• Organise training and make sure it happens as planned.

• Help coaches teach clearly and give useful feedback.

• Review training feedback and results to find out where employees or coaches need support.

• Agree on improvements with coaches and team leaders, then check whether they help.

• Help new employees get the onboarding and support they need.

Who we are looking for

You have experience helping people learn, organising training or leading a team. Experience in a hotel or resort is welcome. A traditional HR background is not required.

You enjoy spending time with people. You listen carefully, communicate clearly and give honest, helpful feedback. You are organised and follow up until agreed tasks are done.

You are comfortable using digital tools and AI. You check the results and handle employee information with care.
