People Operations Intern

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized People Operations Intern to join our team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both People Operations, Recruitment and Employer Branding. You will support various people-related initiatives, employee engagement activities, and employer branding projects that contribute to a positive employee experience and strengthen our company culture.

As an intern, you will work closely with the People Operations team to support day-to-day people operations while also contributing to initiatives that showcase our workplace, culture, and people.

What You Will Do

• Assist the People Operations team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Support employee data management, documentation, and other people-related processes.
• Assist in coordinating employee onboarding, engagement activities, and internal events.
• Support the preparation and organization of People Operations-related documents and reports.
• Assisting the end-to-end recruitment process within the Pinhome environment.
• Sourcing for relevant openings and being the Person of Contact between Pinhome and the candidate.
• Support the execution of employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives.
• Create engaging content for social media and other communication channels that reflect our company culture and employer brand.
• Contribute to the development of content ideas, copywriting, and basic visual assets.
• Support the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns and employee-related content.
• Collaborate with the People Operations team on projects related to employee experience, culture, and internal communications.
  
  
  

What You Will Need

• Final-year student with no classes or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in People Operations, Employer Branding, and workplace culture.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data, documents, and various administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• Basic design and editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
• Proactive, creative, and willing to learn.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with different teams.
